Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2026

These terms apply when you buy a digital product from My Colorado Kitchen at my-colorado-kitchen.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to them. They’re written in plain English, so please give them a quick read.

1. Who we are

My Colorado Kitchen is run by Jennifer Campbell, based in Colorado, USA. “We,” “us,” and “I” in these terms mean My Colorado Kitchen. “You” means the person buying or using a product.

2. Digital products

Everything sold in the shop is a digital product, such as a recipe ebook delivered as a PDF. Nothing physical will be shipped. Please read the product page before buying so you know what’s included.

3. Delivery

After your payment goes through, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with access to your download. Your files are also available any time in your customer account. If you don’t receive your email within an hour, check your spam folder, then contact me and I’ll make sure you get your file.

4. Pricing, payment, and taxes

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we never see or store your full card number. Sales tax is added at checkout where required by law. Prices and promotions may change at any time, but a change won’t affect an order you’ve already paid for. Discount codes can’t be applied to past purchases.

5. All sales are final

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.

That said, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re charged twice for the same product, or if your file won’t download or open, contact me and I’ll fix it. And if a recipe gives you trouble, email me — I’m always glad to help you troubleshoot.

6. Your license to use the product

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it in your own home. You’re welcome to:

  • Download it to your own devices
  • Print it for your own kitchen or recipe binder
  • Cook from it as often as you like, and share the food

Please don’t:

  • Share, forward, upload, or post the file for others to download
  • Resell, give away, or redistribute it, in whole or in part
  • Copy its photos or text into your own products, websites, or social posts

If a friend loves it, send them to the shop. That’s what keeps new recipes coming.

7. Copyright

All products, recipes as written, photos, and text are owned by My Colorado Kitchen and protected by copyright. Your purchase doesn’t transfer ownership of any content.

8. Recipe results and kitchen safety

Every recipe is tested, but results can vary with ingredients, ovens, equipment, and altitude. Please use your own judgment in the kitchen: check ingredients for allergies and dietary needs, handle hot ovens and sharp tools with care, and follow food safety basics. Recipes and nutrition notes are for general information, not medical or dietary advice.

9. Affiliate links

Some products and pages include affiliate links, including links to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. I only recommend tools I actually use.

10. Limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, My Colorado Kitchen isn’t liable for any indirect or incidental damages from using a product, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

11. Changes and governing law

I may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top will show the latest version. The terms in place when you made your purchase apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

12. Contact

Questions, download trouble, or recipe help: jennifer@my-colorado-kitchen.com. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can, usually within 2 business days.
