Muffins

Muffins are a staple in our house: easy to grab, easy to freeze, and one of the best uses for sourdough discard I’ve found. These recipes are one-bowl, real-ingredient, and don’t need a mixer.

Try Sourdough Mixed Berry Muffins for the Greek-yogurt-soft classic, or Quick Sourdough Discard English Muffins if you want breakfast sandwiches without an overnight rise.

Muffins are one of the first things to dome badly or sink at altitude. When a recipe needs a high-altitude adjustment, you’ll find it right in the recipe card.
